Legal and GDPR documents
This document explains what personal data is processed when using the Arclla portal, for what purposes, and what rights you have.
Arclla Online Systems, Košická 11, 821 09 Bratislava, Slovenská republika.
General privacy contact: privacy@arclla.com. Data Protection Officer (DPO) contact: privacy@arclla.com.
We process registration, identification, contact, and operational data required to run user accounts, property records, contracts, payments, documentation, and security logging.
For lodger access, we record only the last calendar date on which the lodger opened the portal for a specific assigned property. For this purpose, we do not record a visit history, exact time, IP address, device, or visited pages. The date is visible to the owner and an authorized manager of that property for managing assigned access and resolving problems with its use.
Processing is mainly based on contract performance, legal obligations, and legitimate interests (security, service protection, operational accountability, and management of assigned access to a specific property).
Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for periods required by law or legal claim protection. For use of a specific property, only the latest date is retained and replaces the previous date. This date is erased when the lodger is removed from the property.
Data may be shared with vetted contracted processors (hosting, email infrastructure, technical support) in the minimum necessary scope. The last-use date for a specific property is visible to its owner and authorized manager.
If data transfers outside the EEA occur, they are performed with appropriate GDPR safeguards.
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
